Describe character's sense of morals: He doesn't have a sense of morals. He was born and raised thinking that the whole world is for him to reign and so he has no morals. During the modern era, of course, he was raised properly and with a lot of love from his parents but being who he truly is, it was a harsh paradox of who he was with how he was raised. He knows, however, what is right and wrong but he feels like he serves justice and that his actions are justified. Sort of like a vigilante.
Describe character's sense of self-control: Even as a ruler, he's not a man who's on the offensive. He's more of a strategist. And while he strikes, he's precise, raw, and vulgar. He's like that in the modern era and that's how his self-control is extremely high.
How does this character act in public?: During the Goryeo era, he normally wouldn't take a walk in the public as opposed to benevolent rulers who cared for the opinion of their people. Yo wasn't like that. He gave no care about what they wanted and would often look down on them. He'd remain enclosed within the kingdom's walls and only travel if he needed to go to another province and discuss alliances. During the modern era, no one would be able to think that this man actually kills people. He's innocent and normal enough as he has studied the way people act in public and would often adopt their 'normalcy'.
How does this character act at home?: In the modern era, not wanting to become a burden for his parents who both have huge problems, especially since he comes from a poor family (ironically enough), he doesn't talk at all. Instead, he cooks, pays for the utilities, for water, electricity, warmth, and medical bills all on his own while his parents chime in from time to time but mostly spend their pensions on medicine. He's a 'yes-sir' kind of a son even though his parents are not strict. Because he often gets nightmares of the Goryeo era, he feels disconnected in front of his modern family, knowing a part of him doesn't belong with them even though they did birth him.
How has this character most changed from youth?: In the Goryeo era, Yo was an innocent, kind and sweet child. His mother wasn't involved in the raising of her child as she would pamper Wang So. Yo was raised by court ladies and he didn't feel the love of his mother at all, however, when her attention turned from Wang So to Wang Yo, he turned into this monster to match his mother's aura and be loved by her as he noticed that it was the only way she would offer him affection and love. In the modern era, he didn't change at all. He was the same person as he is now.
How does the character view death?: During the years he was king, he was more afraid that by dying, he'd leave the throne to Wang So than he was about his own life.
How does the character view society?: Corrupt. Useless. He has an extreme hatred for society and even more hatred for the law. He's an outcast and feels like he doens't belong there one bit. He thinks that by killing serial killers, he's doing society a favor, not realizing that he, too, becomes a serial killer by doing that.
How does the character imagine his/her own death?: He doesn't really imagine his own death. He doesn't plan on dying until he becomes power as strong as the president himself.
What does the character want out of life?: For people to understand his excellence and where he belongs - ruling the country.
What does this character consider "success" to be?: A step higher to the ladder of life, even if that means he'd push people down.
What would the character like to change in his life?: He'd listen to the wake-up call that his mother was his true enemy. When he had understood that she manipulated him ever since birth, it was far too late for him as he was already showing signs of paranoia and it was too late to act on his feelings. He understood that even when she praised him, she would still have tossed him aside if Wang So didn't have a scar /she/ caused on him and didn't consider him a monster. She would still try and kill Wang Yo just to get him out of the way if it meant to be that Wang So became king instead. As long as he ruled the country.
